We often want Success in life.. but without Passion you hardly achieve...
1.) Commitment
Need me to say more? Anyway..it's always easier to say than do.... But to be successful in the areas we been working hard on... without commitment we hardly get to our goal. Try reflect and see if there are any successful individual who doesn't require commitment into their work...
I think 98% is NO...
All of them have to commit, and pay attention or FOCUS
in whatever they do in return for success...
"people often say; Success is a journey not a destination"...
For me success will not be a destination because tomorrow there will be someone who is better than you in whatever you do or try to accomplish.
Just look at technology itself, Intel or Vista was the latest technology for computer,
but who knows tomorrow will come out with something new?
World record are mean to be broken everyday....
That why success is not a destiny...

In our simple daily life.. we can change some habit to show more commitment.... in our action, words used or even non-verbal communication will definitely show our commitment...
I've an example for words... There way a friend of mine who asked me how to reject others' request... so the conventional way is such:-
"Oh great i will love to go Genting with you, BUT tomorrow i need to study for my finals."
(This sentence show lack of commitment, imagine if this is the conversation between a couple)
how about this:-
"Oh great i will love to go Genting with you, AND I'm not going to go with you first, I've exam to prepare."
(Using the words AND rather that BUT will somehow help to resolve
unnecessary conflicts... maybe you can try this...)

Be clear on what you want in life.... If you really really can figure out what you really want.. Write it down all the possibilities and delete off one by one... till then you'll know what you want... one fine day... hahaha

Attention, FOCUS... this is what a top Coach will tell you to do when you're in a Match... Keep FOCUS on your goal... you'll achieve it...

So Knowledge is 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5=96% ONLY!
How about Hardwork... 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11=98% ONLY!
Now lets see Attitude... 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5=100%
so to BE SUCCESSFUL you'll need Knowledge + Hardwork.. but most importantly is ATTITUDE!
Attitude = Focus + Commitment
