越晚吃飯致死率越高!!
(The Later you have your dinner, the higher the death rate!!)

Dinner after 8 will be considered as supper! If you're one of them who work till late night and have your dinner after 8, then you better be aware!
晚上800才吃晚餐就算宵夜了!你是不是也常忙到 800才吃飯呢?小喔!

According to research, 70% of people in a contain high acidic substance in their body, however with these kind of acidic substance it does bring negative effect. The better you eat (Food) the more alkaline and sickness you will get.
根據統計國內70%的人具有酸性體質。酸性體質有一個很大的特徵,吃愈好得慢性疾病的機率就會很高。

This is because high acidic substance will affect the working of enzyme in our body and it will indirectly cause imbalance in hormonal action.
因為體質變酸,酵素作用會受到阻礙,內分泌失調,荷爾蒙也會受阻礙。

Individual who contain high acidic in their stomach usually think that by eating high nutrition food such as; fish and red meat will actually make us healthy. This is true if we have a balance body fluid not acidic, because these food make things turn worst and cause our body to turn weaker.(continue reading and you will know.)
酸性體質的朋友,一味地吃大魚大肉所謂有營養的食物,事實上是雪上加霜,只會讓身體越來越糟。

To find a good solution, we should first find out how our body works and how to make our body function well in he first place.
要找出問題的根源是去改變你的體質,才是根本解決之道。(人體應呈現弱鹼才好)

《熬夜會使體質變酸》 (Burning Mid-Night oil causes our body to be more acidic)
After 1 A.M and you do not sleep, human body metabolism, secretion of waste from body and hormonal secretion will start to function and cause more acidic substance to occur, usually for individual who often Drink(Alcohol) and smokes, the chances are they were prone to more illnesses. Therefore sleep before 12 A.M and do not burn Mid-Night oil... If and really If you need to do so (burn some mid-night oil) only do it once a week. Remember, on the day of burning mid-night oil, avoid taking it too much red meat and eat more carbohydrate food to avoid being tired the next day.
晚上100以後不睡覺,人體的代謝作用由內分泌燃燒,用內分泌燃燒產生的毒素會很多,會使體質變酸,通常熬夜的人得慢性疾病的機率比抽煙或喝酒的人都來得高。所以每天儘量在1200以前睡覺,不要常熬夜,若非要熬夜,一星期以一次為限!熬夜時不要吃肉,盡量吃碳水化合物,這樣隔天才不至於很累,可把傷害減至最低。

《吃宵夜的人,體質容易變酸》 (Frequent supper will cause body to turn more acidic)
For businessman who always need to entertain their customers, if care are not taken well, these people's lifespan will usually turn short, more prone to get diabetes, hypertension. As long as dinner is taken after 8, it is considered as supper. 時常交際應酬的生意人,通常壽命較短,易患糖尿病、高血壓。凡是晚上800再進食就稱做宵夜。吃宵夜隔天會疲倦,爬不起床,肝也會受損,因為睡覺時,人體各器官活動力低,處於休息狀態,因此食物留在腸子裡會變酸、發酵、產生毒素傷害身體。

《早起的人身體好》 (Sleep early and wake up early, good for health)
The human body in before dawn 4:30, the body temperature achieves the bottom(lowest body temp), the blood circulation is at its slowest point, therefore during ancient times, people who exercises martial arts will gets out of bed before 4:30A.M. If we have our rest too late (meaning sleeping late), the blood circulation will eventually slows down, the oxygen with is also be reduced, in turns the anoxic combustion, will cause the physique to sour(Acidic).
人體在凌晨430,體溫達到最低點,血液循環最慢,因此古時候練功的人在430以前就起床。
如果睡太晚,血液循環變慢,氧氣也跟著減少,變成缺氧性燃燒,會使體質變酸。

《不吃早餐的人,體質會變酸》 (Body will turn acidic if you skip Breakfast)
In out of three meals per day, the breakfast has accounted for 70 points, the lunch 0 points, and dinner for 30 points. Obviously the breakfast is most important, but for most people, they does not have their breakfast generally, what makes these worse is fosters has a night-time snack the custom, this is not the correct eating habit. Therefore you would probably like to take some breakfast from now on. Breakfast are important as it enrich our body entirely after 4-5 hours of feast during our sleep. Breakfast should also provides you enough energy to carry on your daily works.
一天三餐中,早餐佔了70分,午餐0分,晚餐30分。可見早餐最重要,但台灣人普遍不吃早餐,更糟的是養成吃宵夜的習慣,這是非常不正確的飲食習慣。所以從現在起要更重視早餐,學習如何吃早餐。早餐一定要豐富而且要選擇耐燃燒4-5小時的食物,才足夠你一天的消耗量。

《精緻食物加速胃腸老化》
As for people who are inactive (less exercise) and sit all day in office office worker, they are easiest to commit this kind of mistake, because eats few, chooses very fine food and eat very little rough food(veges and high fibers food), this kind of individual's intestines will degenerate faster, the liver function will turn bad as well, the bowel movement is black in colour, and often find him/herself having constipation. Because these fine food lacks cellulose, therefore will cause the intestines function variations, in turn, the food you taken will turned into toxin substance, will cause your physique to sour, chronic illness will also start. The way to keep you in good health condition in our daily life, is to eats healthy food(Balance in vitamin and nutrition).
少運動且整天坐在辦公室的上班族最容易犯這 種錯誤,因為吃的少,刻意選擇很精緻的食物而少吃粗糙的食物,這種人的腸子老化的特別快,肝功能差,大便是黑色的而且會常便秘。因為精緻食物缺乏纖維素, 會導致腸子功能變差,甚至萎縮,你所吃的食物變成了毒素,使你體質變酸,慢性病也開始。養生之道就在日常生活裡,吃出健康,也能吃出自信。
